How the store is organised

Jersa is small on purpose. Everything we sell is a retro-style piece in one of our own decade colourways, and almost everything can carry your name and number. That means the site has three layers you will move between:

  • Collections, where you browse by sport or by type of garment.
  • Product pages, where you choose a size, type your personalisation and see the live preview.
  • Help and policy pages, where every rule about shipping, changes, returns, refunds, payment, privacy and naming is written out in full.

The top menu leads to the collections. The footer leads to the help and policy pages. This sitemap lists both in one place.

The six collections

Each collection gathers the styles for one sport or one kind of piece. If you are shopping for a particular occasion, the short notes below suggest where to start.

Custom Name & Number Jerseys

Custom Name & Number Jerseys brings every personalisable style into one list, whatever the sport. It is the best starting point when you already know the name and number you want and simply need to choose a look. Good for birthday gifts, family sets and anyone who cannot decide between hockey and baseball yet.

Throwback Hockey Jerseys

Throwback Hockey Jerseys holds the big rink sweaters with shoulder yokes and hem stripes. One style here is also available in a Goalie Cut for an extra $30, a fuller shape for people who want more room.   • Cancel or Change an Order is the page to open if you spot a typo or want a different size. Changes and cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Your confirmation email holds your order number. Keep it handy; every help request starts with it.

While you wait

  • Shipping & Delivery covers processing of 1-3 business days, transit of 7-14 business days, free shipping with no minimum, and the four countries we deliver to: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

After delivery

  • Returns & Exchanges Policy walks through the 60-day return process. For change-of-mind returns we pay the postage and email you a free return label.

Shortcuts for common situations

“I typed the name wrong.”

Go to Cancel or Change an Order and email us within 24 hours of placing the order with the corrected spelling in capitals.

“I am not sure about the size.”

Measure a shirt you like, then compare using the Size Guide. If you are between sizes for a hockey sweater, remember it is already a roomy cut.

“Will it arrive before the weekend game?”

Add 1-3 business days of processing to 7-14 business days of transit, then check Shipping & Delivery. Delivery dates are estimates, so order with time to spare.

“Where is my parcel?”

Use Order Tracking or the link in your shipping email. If something looks wrong, contact us with your order number and we will help.

“It does not fit.”

Start a return or exchange through the Returns & Exchanges Policy. You have 60 days, and for change-of-mind returns we email a free label.

“Can I print my favourite team’s name?”

No. We only print your own words. The Intellectual Property Policy explains why and gives examples of text that works well, like a family name or a team name you invented.

“I am ordering for a whole group.”

Finding a jersey by the way you will wear it

Some visitors arrive knowing the sport; others only know the occasion. If you are dressing a group for a backyard football game on a holiday weekend, start with the football collection and mix the plain styles with the custom jersey so every player gets a different number on the back. For a decade party, the colourway is usually more important than the sport: the 70s Sunset palette of orange, mustard and brown appears on hockey, baseball and cap styles, so you can dress a whole table in one era without two people wearing the same jersey.
